Support

Lazy Workout is a general-wellness app for adults 18+ with short, supported Chair and Bed movement.

Interrupted workout

Reopen the app and choose Resume where you stopped when offered. Completed sessions stay on your device.

Lifetime Premium

If Lifetime Premium is unavailable, check your connection to Apple’s services and try again later. Purchases and restores use Apple. To restore, open Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. Restoring does not make a new purchase.

Reminders

Turn on notifications only when the app prompts you. You can pause reminders or delete the routine setup in the app, or change notification permission in iPhone Settings.
